Please complete the following application for Students wishing to travel on the Cyfarthfa High Student Transport.
All Students travelling aboard the Student Transport, are required to display their pass when boarding the transport.
Sixty Sixty reserve the right to refuse travel to any student who is unable to display a valid pass.
If you are applying for a first pass. This is issued free of charge and will be issued by the driver.
If your pass is lost or damaged. There is a £2 charge for a replacement pass.
