Our day begins with pick-ups at designated locations between 13:30 and 14:10. Please arrive at your pick-up point on time to ensure a smooth start to our trip.
Journey to Weston-super-Mare:

Sit back and relax as we make our way to Weston-super-Mare, arriving at our exclusive VIP parking spot at approximately 15:35. The coach will remain parked here throughout the event, providing a comfortable base for your visit.
Arrival and Free Time in Weston-super-Mare:
15:35 – Carnival Start
Once we arrive, you’ll have plenty of time to explore Weston-super-Mare before the carnival begins. Stroll along the seafront, visit the local shops, or grab a hot drink to keep warm as the excitement builds.
Food Delivery for Pre-Booked Meals:
18:00 – 19:00 (TBC)
For those who have pre-booked food, your meals will be delivered to the coach between 18:00 and 19:00 (exact time to be confirmed). You’re welcome to enjoy your meal on board as we prepare for the main event!
Carnival Viewing:
19:00 – 21:30 (Approximate)
As the Weston-super-Mare Carnival kicks off, enjoy the best seats in the house from the comfort of our coach! Watch the stunning illuminated floats, lively performers, and colorful parade right from our VIP parking spot. You can also explore the parade route on foot if you prefer to experience the carnival up close.
Return to Coach and Departure:

Following the conclusion of the carnival at approximately 21:30, please return to the coach promptly so we can begin our journey home.
Return Journey and Drop-Offs:
22:50 – 23:29
