Meet back at the designated drop-off point. Please ensure you are on time to avoid any delays.

• 17:30 – 19:30: Travel Back

Relax on the coach as we make our way back to the original pickup points.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. Booking Process: Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your seat.

2.2. Payment Schedule:

• Deposit: A deposit of the amount stated on this listing is required to confirm your booking.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the date of departure.

2.3. Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash (for in-person bookings).

2.4. Special Payment Terms: Different payment terms may apply to certain day trips based on the requirements set by the destination. Customers will be informed of any specific payment conditions at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Customer Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the trip will result in the loss of the deposit.
• Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the trip will receive a 50% refund of the total payment.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the trip will not be eligible for a refund.

3.2. Operator Cancellations: In the event that we cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided or allocation onto another trip if requested by the customer. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by customers (e.g., accommodation, travel expenses).

3.3. Third-Party Costs: Any third-party costs incurred (e.g., tickets, entry fees, meals) will be charged at full price regardless of the cancellation date.

4. Changes to the Itinerary

4.1. Operator Changes: We reserve the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or other factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide a similar experience if changes are necessary.

5. Travel Insurance

5.1. Recommendation: We strongly recommend that all passengers obtain adequate travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical expenses, and personal belongings.
